About ZINAHCO

The Zimbabwe National Association of Housing Cooperatives (ZINAHCO) is the apex organization for housing cooperatives in Zimbabwe. Our mission is to represent, support, and empower housing cooperatives to provide affordable, secure, and sustainable housing for their members.

• Advocacy & Representation

  We lobby for pro-cooperative policies and represent member interests at national and local levels.

• Capacity Building

  We provide training on governance, financial management, and project development.

• Housing Development

  We facilitate access to land, finance, and technical services for cooperative housing projects.
