A collaborative project with the Harare City Council to develop serviced stands for low-income families. Includes roads, water, and sewer systems.
Outcomes
Provided over 500 families with secure tenure and access to services, creating a foundation for homeownership.

Bulawayo East Affordable Housing
Bulawayo
2019 - 2022
Constructing core houses for cooperative members using sustainable materials and training local artisans.
Outcomes
Constructed 300 core housing units and established a revolving fund for future developments.

Mutare
2021 - Ongoing
Upgrading informal settlements through cooperative models and community-led planning.
Outcomes
